Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $68.00/hr

Our well-known gaming client is looking for a Product Designer to support their team for 6 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote!

The Ideal Product Designer Should Have

• Minimum 5+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in the payments, advertising, monetization, SaaS commerce, consumer e-commerce or game platform growth & engagement
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional interaction design skills and user-centered design thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively explaining design concepts and reasoning to others
• Experience designing for monetization activities purchasing flows, SKU management systems, advertising tooling and ad formats
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform design decisions
• Develop an understanding of the client's economy, including business needs, how creators create and publish purchasable items, and how they evaluate the success of their items
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Consider the entire purchase journey, and the unique needs of different user groups around the world
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use, incorporating well-known patterns and deeply integrate the capabilities of our payment partners
• Collaborate with the Design Systems team and drive systems evolution, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Advocate for user needs, maintaining a high bar for quality throughout the design process
