P2P.org is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces for web and mobile, including dashboards, charts and order books. You will own the end-to-end design process from concept to production.

You will work remotely as a full-time contractor, collaborating with founders, product managers and developers to translate business needs into compelling design solutions, while shaping the company’s design system and visual identity.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; strong portfolio preferred.
• Experience designing trading interfaces or fintech platforms beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prediction market & trading terminal design: Design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces, including dashboards, charts, order books, and trading workflows.
• Web & App Design: Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Social Media & Marketing Creatives: Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional materials.
• Design System: Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and scalable design system across all digital products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Design Ownership: Take full ownership of design decisions, present and justify your solutions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
