Insight Global is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences across mobile applications and connected devices. You will own the end-to-end design process from research to prototyping and final execution.

The ideal candidate blends interaction and visual design with strategic product thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about solving complex design challenges across the product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, UX, or related field.
• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Strong mobile design experience on iOS and Android.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
• Solid understanding of mobile design conventions across platforms.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for mobile apps and connected products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Designers, and stakeholders.
• Rapidly iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, insights, and input.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design experiences considering device hardware and mobile OS constraints.
