Meta is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer in Menlo Park to shape the future of our products and features. You will work with AI research teams to build experiences that scale to billions of users, driving strategic decisions and high craft across cross-functional partners.

You will translate broad concepts into valuable, easy-to-use products, craft end-to-end flows, and influence product direction at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience shipping end-to-end applications at large-scale organizations.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and features are valuable, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and AI research teams to build great products that address real user needs. You will utilize your full range of product design skills to contribute to high-level strategic decisions and drive transformational experiences for our users. By focusing on people and doing the simple things first, you will help develop quality experiences for some of the world’s biggest, most impactful problems.---## Product Designer, Meta Superintelligence Labs Responsibilities* Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion + users and drive product strategy and innovation across a large organization.* Design leading-edge concepts through the craft of end-to-end flows which impact broad sets of users at scale while using the appropriate prototyping tools.* Drive design prioritization and execution, keeping up teams momentum to meet accelerated timelines.* Design new experiences or layouts that evolve visual systems.* Play an active role in communicating strategic decisions around the future direction of Meta products.* Give and solicit feedback from a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship and coaching opportunities.* Act as a key cross-functional lead accountable for the success of the initiative, leaning into workstream-level operations and processes when needed.* Influence and drive alignment on product direction across multiple large organizations and extended cross-functional partners.## Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field and minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant field* 8+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software at company-level scale level, leading the end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain* Interaction design experience with knowledge defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale and examples of the use of appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular interaction will work* Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function* Strategic product thinking with the experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company* Experience representing work to executives, clearly and succinctly communicating the goals and concepts## Preferred Qualifications* Vibecoding* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies---## About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
