Job description

LSP44 is the AI-native agent and API infrastructure company forlogisticsservice providers-the 3PLs, freight forwarders, and brokers who move the world’s freight. Built on more than a decade of the largest logistics data graph and carrier network on Earth (280,000+ carriers, 1.5 billion shipments, 706 million carrier events processed daily), LSP44 gives LSPs the AI agents, carrier infrastructure, and developer capabilities to embed intelligence directly into their own products and workflows.

LSP44isn’ta startup chasing a market-it’sthe original infrastructure project44 built starting in 2014, and nine of the world’s ten largestlogisticsservice providers already run on it. LSP44 launched profitable on day one, with its own sales, engineering, and product leadership, and a mandate to move at the speed of the LSPs it serves.

If you want to build technology that ships in days instead of quarters, that LSPs embed directly into how theyoperate, andthat’sgrounded in more data and context than anyone else in the category-we should talk.

AI at LSP44

Every LSP44 team member is expected to be an intelligent, hands-on user of AI-and for Product, that bar is even higher: the productsyou’redefining are AI agents. We don’t expect everyone to be a data scientist, but we do expect everyone to identify where AI adds value, direct it effectively, and evaluate its outputs critically, and govern it responsibly, in your own workflow and in the products you build.

Overview

We’relooking for a Product Designer to help define and build LSP44’s next generation of AI agent and API infrastructure, in close partnership withProduct, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. This is a hands-on, builder role on a small, senior team:you’lldesign the interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns that make LSP44’s AI agents legible and trustworthy-for both the LSPs whooperatethem and the developers who embed them.

What you’ll own

You’ll own the end-to-end design of one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolioand technology, from early concept and prototyping through shipped product, working directly withProduct, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing-including forward-deployed engineers on-site with customers-to design for real operational complexity, not abstractions.

Key responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end experiences for LSP44’s AI agents and embeddable interfaces-from dashboards and exception queues to agentmonitoringand configuration
  • Partner closely withProduct, Engineering,Sales, and Marketingto translate complexlogisticsand agent workflows into clear, usable design
  • Design for two audiences at once: the LSP operators who run theagentsday to day, and the developers who embed LSP44 into their own products
  • Contribute to and evolve LSP44’s design system and interaction patterns as the agent portfolio grows
  • Run or contribute to user research and testing with LSP operators tovalidatedesign direction
  • Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns before committing engineering effort
Ideal background
  • Product design experience in B2B SaaS,logistics/supply chain, or another operationally complex domain
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving, 0-to-1 environment, partnering tightly with engineering rather than through hand-offs
  • Experience designing for AI-driven, agentic, or automation-heavy products a strong plus
  • Strong portfoliodemonstratingend-to-end design process, from research through shipped product
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product design or UX, ideally within B2B SaaS or a technically complex domain
  • Proficiencyin Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Track recordof partnering directly with engineering to ship technical products
  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones
  • Supply chain, logistics, or freight brokerage experience is a plus
