Job summary

You’ll work with a cross-functional team to create intuitive, human-centered experiences and contribute to our design system foundations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, insurance, or related domains.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working within a design system.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Attention to detail, and a refined sense of craft in visual design, typography, and brand expression.
• Fluency in design tools and comfort working with design systems.
