Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Product Designer-II to own the end-to-end design of key features, collaborating with product managers, engineers and senior designers to translate complex problems into intuitive solutions for our users.

You will refine the design system, mentor junior designers, and drive data-driven improvements while maintaining consistency across products, ensuring scalable design across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and user-focused approach.
• Experience contributing to design systems and scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on product features per design principles.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth hand-offs and implementation.
• Identify information architecture, user personas, and journey maps.
• Gather user feedback with product managers and iterate on the product experience.
• Use data-driven insights to refine the overall user experience.
• Contribute to maintenance and expansion of the design system.
• Mentor junior designers and guide design practices.
