Job summary

OpenAI’s Identity team is seeking a design lead to shape the foundations of identity experiences across our products. You will craft permissions, access, risk, and administration so interactions feel clear, safe, and trustworthy, whether securing personal accounts or administering enterprise access.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, security, privacy, and design to translate complex policies into intuitive flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity, access, or permissions design.
• Experience designing for enterprise or complex product environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction for identity, account security, permissions, and administrative experiences across OpenAI's consumer and enterprise products.
• Design and ship high-quality experiences spanning sign-in, authentication, account recovery, device accounts, privacy, access controls, governance, and remediation.
