The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing and evolving group positioned as a leader within the company. We are seeking a versatile and experienced UX Designer to help redefine how people interact with real estate technology. As a UX Designer, you will craft delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop solutions that meet our clients' needs and facilitate their real estate journeys.

Responsibilities

• User Research: Collaborate with the UX research team to understand customer needs and preferences, informing your design decisions.
• Information Architecture: Create clear and accessible information structures for web and mobile applications.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; iterate based on feedback and testing.
• UI Design: Translate wireframes into visually appealing interfaces, adhering to and influencing design systems.
• Usability Testing: Conduct testing sessions to gather feedback and refine the user experience.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Documentation: Prepare user flows, specifications, and style guides for consistency.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
