Job summary

Enigma is hiring a mid-level Product Designer to partner with our marketing lead on GTM campaigns, web pages, and sales collateral. You’ll help evolve the brand system and ensure consistency across channels, including social, email, and landing pages.

You’ll design in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, build pages in a custom CMS, and work with HubSpot assets. In-office role based in New York or Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a designer supporting marketing, GTM, or brand teams
• A creative point of view, not just production skill
• Comfort building within a brand system while it’s still in motion
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Experience designing HubSpot campaign assets (email, landing pages)
• Comfortable building pages in a custom CMS; familiarity with Vercel-hosted sites

Responsibilities

• Shape GTM creative and partner on campaign concepts
• Systematize the brand system and maintain asset libraries
• Design and ship website pages in a custom CMS deployed on Vercel
• Create sales and marketing collateral like one-pagers and decks
• Own social content and campaign graphics, including short-form video
• Design HubSpot campaign assets and email templates
• Prep imagery for web, social, and marketing channels
