Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, product development, or a related creative field.
• Degree in Design, Art, Fashion, or a related field is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of design principles, color theory, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of product or technical design.
• Ability to communicate ideas via sketch and digital rendering.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on design and product development support across the lifecycle of assigned projects.
• Assist in creating detailed product specifications, digital renderings, and presentation materials within timelines and production goals.
• Collaborate with Designers, Merchandising, Sourcing, Packaging, and Graphic teams to bring products from concept through execution, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with preparing products for presentation, photoshoots, tradeshows, and shipment, while researching market trends to support informed design decisions.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providehands-ondesignandproductdevelopmentsupportacrossthelifecycleofassignedprojects.
• Supportthecreationofdetailedproductspecifications,digitalrenderings,andpresentationmaterialswhileadheringtoestablishedtimelinesandproductiongoals.
• WorkcloselywithDesigners,Merchandising,Sourcing,Packaging,andGraphicsteamstohelpbringproductsfromconceptthroughexecution,ensuringaccuracy,organization,andconsistencythroughouttheprocess.
• Assistwithpreparingproductsforpresentation,photoshoots,tradeshows,andshipment,whilealsotrackingcompetitiveofferingsandresearchingmarkettrendstosupportinformeddesigndecisions.

Theexpectedsalaryrangeforthispositionis$70,000to$75,000annually. Actualcompensationwillbedeterminedbasedonexperience,skills,internalequity,andotherfactorspermittedbylaw.
