Zusammenfassung

General Intuition is building consumer-facing experiences around gaming culture and creator-driven communities. You will own meaningful parts of the product from core flows to the design system, shipping and iterating closely with engineers.

You will design across desktop and mobile, shaping polished experiences seen by millions of gamers, with a focus on accessibility and scalability. The role is based in NYC with 5 days in the office and collaboration with a small, talented product team.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally for social or creator-driven platforms.
• Product judgment: you start from the user problem and the outcome, prioritize hard, and can say no to good ideas that don’t move what matters.
• Holistic product sense: you see how the whole product fits together, from core loops to onboarding hooks.
• Iteration over big launches: ship small, improve over many rounds, and follow up after launch.
• Design systems expertise: hands-on experience building, scaling, and maintaining systems with tokens, components, documentation, and strong Figma skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with engineers to translate design system components into code.
• Cross-platform design: experience designing for desktop and mobile with platform-specific UX patterns and accessibility best practices.
• In-person: looking to hire in NYC to work alongside the product team. 5 days in the office.
• Gaming: passion for games and gaming communities.
