Job description

Our client is looking for a Product Designer with a focus with Gaming Platforms to join their team! This is full-time, 10-month assignment that is fully remote. There may also be an opportunity to meet in-person for team gatherings in either Los Gatos or Los Angeles, CA.



This Games Team delivers platform services and SDKs that power seamless, high-quality player experiences-whether visible or behind the scenes. This role will be crucial in defining cohesive games platform experiences that span platforms and features while driving multiple projects, at multiple different stages, from concept to launch.



Day to Day

• Lead design for game platform experiences that enable members to:
  
  
  
  • Play a catalog of stand alone mobile games
  
  
  • Instantly play cloud games across TV and web browsers
  
  
  • Create a unique public identity for playing games
  
  
  
  


• Lead individual design initiatives and take ownership of in-progress projects to carry them across to the test and production.


• Own the end-to-end design process-from early design exploration to quality UI designs and final specs, while working closely with cross-functional partners to hit objectives and milestones.


• Collaborate with the Games design team and cross-functional partners to explore, test, and evolve new experiences.


• Develop an informed point-of-view and unify partners through clear documentation and communication.

Ideal Teammate:

• Proven Experience: 6+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) with a strong portfolio showcasing game services and platform features.


• Cross-Platform Expertise: Experience designing for mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of how to create cohesive experiences across devices.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in the mobile space

- Comfortable working on consumer facing features



The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $130-$140 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
