Job summary

Eneba seeks a Senior Product Leader to own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features, with a focus on scale and high autonomy in fast-moving pods.

You will use AI tools for research synthesis and near-code prototyping, and you will redesign core journeys such as discovery, checkout, payments, and trust to improve conversion and user satisfaction across a 20M+ user base. This role offers flexible work locations including office, remote, or travel.

• Senior experience with complex digital products, ideally marketplaces.
• Strong systems thinking and commercial judgment.
• High ownership and autonomy in fast-moving pods.
