Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта дизайна продукта в сложном B2B SaaS, FinTech или крупной E‑commerce.
• Наличие портфолио с кейсами, демонстрирующими процесс и влияние дизайна на бизнес-метрики.
• Сильные навыки UX-исследований и умение обосновывать решения данными.
• Опыт работы в межфункциональных командах и умение вести переговоры с инженерией и продуктом.
• Умение использовать AI в дизайне; знание WCAG и доступности.
• Знание front‑end технологий (HTML/CSS, React) будет плюсом.
• Говорите на русском на уровне профессионала и английский на уровне B2.

Responsibilities

• Ведете полный цикл дизайна вашего домена продукта совместно с PO, инженерами и аналитиками.
• Проводите тесты, формируйте гипотезы и превращайте поведение пользователей в ценные выводы.
• Стремитесь к единообразию across порталов, виджетов и админ‑инструментов.
• Дизайнируете для крайних случаев и бизнес‑логики, чтобы масштабируемость сохранялась.
• Участвуйте в развитии AI‑инструментов в рабочем процессе и обучении команды.

Own end-to-end design for your product domain, partnering with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions, and deciding the best design approach to reach business goals. Drive data-informed decisions: form hypotheses with our UX Research and Analytics teams, run tests, and turn user behavior into actionable insights. Raise consistency across portals, widgets, and admin tools while working through complex technical dependencies. Design for edge cases and business logic, not just the happy path, so complex flows hold up at scale. Champion accessibility by designing intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG standards. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. For you, that means using AI meaningfully in your design workflow and knowing where it adds value.

5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce. A portfolio of shipped products with case studies that show your process: how you solved business problems, navigated complex flows, and measured design impact, not just polished UI. Solid research and data fundamentals: asking the right questions, tracking the right metrics, and using data to validate decisions. Strong cross-functional collaboration: you speak the language of engineering and product and negotiate trade-offs without sacrificing user experience. Hands‑on, everyday use of AI in your design work. Languages: Fluent Russian (required, as you’ll be working in a Russian‑speaking team) and English at B2 level, both written and spoken. See a design as done when it ships and moves a metric, not when the file is handed off. Think in systems: one change to a component should make the whole platform more coherent. Get curious about the edge case everyone else skipped. Bring opinions backed by data, and change your mind when the data says so. Give and ask for candid feedback, and keep your ego out of the critique. Like owning a domain end to end without waiting for permission. Keep reshaping how you work as AI tools evolve. Care that your work helps nonprofits raise more for their causes. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location. Gross Total Compensation 9,650–10,800 GEL
