NordPass is seeking a senior product manager to align growth, security, and innovative features across consumer and business authentication platforms. You will lead a cross‑functional team, drive the product roadmap, and translate research and data into valuable, compliant software releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS.

• Exceptional communication skills across business, legal, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team.
• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning; translate insights into shipped value.
• Define and track product health metrics (activation, adoption, retention) to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with user research, sales, marketing, legal, security, and data analytics to drive outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near-term ROI with long-term bets.
• Champion SSDLC practices throughout delivery.
• Develop expertise in authentication and identity for consumer and business segments.
• Explore secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication; incubate developer-facing CLIs and integrations.
• Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly with quality and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team;

• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value;

• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions;

• Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes;

• Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets;

• Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery;

• Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics;

• Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI‑ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations;

• Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance;

• Communicate decisions clearly, document trade‑offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes;

Core Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS;

• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics. You know your way around activation funnels and cohort analysis;

• Technical fluency. You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own with engineers discussing APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols;
