Qualifications

• Доказанный опыт вывода в продакшн B2C-продуктов на мобильных и веб-платформах, полный цикл от формулировки проблемы до готового UI.
• Системное мышление, понимание целей бизнеса, конверсии и логики продукта.
• Высокий уровень мастерства в визуальном и взаимодействии, использование ИИ-методов в прототипировании.
• Умение объяснять решения на языке бизнеса и работать с стейкхолдерами.
• Владение английским языком на уровне делового общения.

Responsibilities

• Владение BNPL-потребительским опытом от оформления заказа до постпокупки и поддержка консистентности.
• Работа с PM, исследователями и инженерами для преобразования задач в дизайны, влияющие на конверсию.
• Проведение экспериментов A/B на высокоскоростных потоках оформления и интерпретация результатов.
• Проверка идей быстрыми исследованиями, с данными и фидбеком клиентов.
• Дизайн для нативного приложения, мобильной и настольной веб-платформ, учёт региональных правил без форков.
• Работа с инструментами ИИ для прототипирования и исследования.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Consumer Experience in our BNPL stream, from checkout to post purchase.

Задачи

• Own the BNPL Consumer Experience end to end, from checkout to post purchase, and keep the two sides consistent
• Understand the product logic behind every flow before you design it, including its edge cases
• Work with your PMs to reframe problems and turn them into designs that move business metrics and reduce drop-offs and support tickets
• Run experiments on high-traffic checkout flows, read the results and iterate on what moves conversion
• Validate ideas with quick research, on your own or with our UX researcher, alongside data and customer feedback
• Design for native app, mobile web, desktop web and in-store, handling country-specific rules without forking the experience
• Use AI tools every day for prototypes, ideation, edge-case mapping and research synthesis
• Work hand in hand with engineering through delivery, run design reviews with QA, and own the quality of what ships

Требования

• Proven experience shipping B2C products across native mobile and web, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, from problem framing and reasoning to polished, production-ready UI
• Strong product and systems thinking. You understand business goals, conversion and product logic, and can explain the reasoning behind every decision, not only the UI
• High craft standards in visual and interaction design, with care for what reaches users AI is part of how you work, and you can show real projects where it sped up your prototyping, exploration or delivery
• A good storyteller who simplifies complex problems, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive
• Independent and proactive. You move without waiting for a brief, manage your own priorities and set timelines you can hold
• Fluency in English
• Будет плюсом: Experience in fintech, payments, lending or checkout products, including A/B testing in high-traffic funnels; Experience designing for GCC markets or Arabic/RTL interfaces; Comfort working close to code, or experience building a design system; Experience in a hyper-growth startup or scale-up
