Job summary

Care Access is looking for a mid-level Product Designer to shape end-to-end digital experiences for participants, members, and internal teams. You will translate evolving health-screening and engagement needs into clear, accessible interfaces, partnering with product, engineering, research, and operations to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product or UX/UI design work.
• Proficiency creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma or comparable product-design tools.
• Experience designing responsive, multi-step workflows for participant-facing products, internal tools, or other complex digital experiences.
• Ability to apply, document, and contribute to a design system while maintaining consistency with established UI patterns.
• Working knowledge of accessibility principles and the ability to incorporate accessible interaction and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final interface specifications, primarily using Figma or comparable tools.
• Day-to-day work may include exploring multiple concepts; documenting edge cases and interaction states; incorporating stakeholder critique and user feedback; providing developers with clear behaviors and visual details for implementation.
• Apply and contribute to the living design system.
• Develop an understanding of assigned product areas, user needs, and business goals, then translate findings into design opportunities and clear problem statements.
• Support product discovery and design validation through user interviews, usability sessions, stakeholder conversations, and review of user feedback.
• Responsibilities include partnering with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to review user feedback and ensure quality.
