- Responsive Design: Create accessible, intuitive, and consistent digital experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, considering the needs of global and multilingual audiences.

- AI-Driven Design Innovation: Integrate AI-powered tools such as Figma AI and Claude into the design workflow to accelerate ideation, explore design alternatives, and develop prototypes more efficiently while applying independent judgment to refine final deliverables.

- Customer Research and Insights: Develop a strong understanding of the product, business model, customer behaviors, and purchasing workflows. Gather feedback from end users and focus groups, translating findings into actionable design improvements.

- Design System Development: Contribute to and evolve the design system by maintaining component libraries, defining usage guidelines, and documenting standards that ensure consistency between design and implementation.

- Design Documentation and Engineering Handoff: Produce clear design specifications covering interactions, interface states, edge cases, and expected behaviors to support efficient development and accurate implementation.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery through development, testing, and launch.

- Communication and Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies, explain design decisions clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and incorporate constructive feedback throughout the design process.

- Project Ownership and Prioritization: Independently manage design projects, balance competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and ensure deliverables meet established quality and timeline expectations.

Requirements

- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a comparable role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of digital products.

- Figma Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, reusable components, interactive prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.

- AI Design Tools: Demonstrated hands‑on experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools, with the ability to explain how AI improves exploration, productivity, and design quality.

- Responsive Product Design: Proven experience designing and delivering responsive web applications across multiple devices, ideally within B2B eCommerce or other complex digital product environments.

- Accessibility Knowledge: Experience designing accessible interfaces and a practical understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

- Design Systems: Experience contributing to or building design systems, including component libraries, design documentation, and implementation guidelines.

- Technical Collaboration: Ability to write detailed design specifications and work directly with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, source control, and web development fundamentals is an advantage.

- Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.

- Global User Experience: Ability to design for international audiences, accounting for differences in language, regional needs, and device usage.

- Autonomy and Organization: Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, make informed decisions, and prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.

- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and constructive attitude, and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.

- Continuous Improvement: Curiosity about emerging design technologies, willingness to experiment with new approaches, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of design quality.
