Job summary

Telementum Global, LLC is seeking a Product Designer to shape next-gen consumer accessories, collaborating with Design Director, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering. You will develop CMF concepts, drive 3D CAD work (SolidWorks/KeyShot), create manufacturing-ready designs, and present consumer-focused narratives across Tech21, Alphacomm and related brands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Textile Design, Color and Material Design, Product or Industrial Design or equivalent.
• Ability to travel if required.
• Strong CAD/3D rendering skills (SolidWorks, KeyShot) preferred.
• Communicate design using visuals and models.
• CMF design and materials development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in sourcing and maintaining a comprehensive internal library of inspirational, advanced materials and finishes for CMF design.
• Ideation and development of colors, materials and finishes to realize CMF narratives.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal teams for project success.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with internal teams, clients, and diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on collaborative design projects while maintaining brand values.
• Assist in project planning and provide technical support and timelines.
• Discuss and solve complex manufacturing problems.
• Share expertise in strategic thinking, research and design methods.
• Organize and lead creative workshops to visualize ideas.
• Communicate brand language through form, color and materials across product categories.
• Develop designs for manufacture through liaising with internal and external teams.
• Develop 3D surface models that are aesthetically accurate and feasible.
• Create engaging presentations that communicate consumer benefits and features.
• Produce high-quality images and video for stakeholders.
