Product Designer - Cloud (Contract, Flexible Location)

Join Comgent. We are looking for an ambitious and creative Product Designer to join our Design team at a European software development company. The role focuses on the Cloud unit's initiatives as part of R&D, designing portals that unify diverse infrastructure and platform offerings.

Responsibilities

• Involved in every aspect of product development, from innovation to platform design system evolution. Collaborate with service designers, UX researchers, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create delightful and elegant user experiences.
• Synthesize user experience researcher-generated user insights into differentiating concepts.
• Evaluate and validate product usability on a regular basis with users, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision and releases.
• Communicate product design concepts through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and flows.
• Co-create a design-centric strategy for the platform experience.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise solutions for multiple systems.
• Proven track record of shipped products with a strong graphic design sensibility.
• Understanding of the software development process (plus).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to challenge others with creative ideas to get the best results.
• Highly skilled in Figma.
• Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Able to work in a highly technical environment.
• Stand your ground when it comes to design implementation.
