Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Product Designer to shape the developer experience on LangChain. You’ll work across core product surfaces, guiding users from signup through production usage and tackling workflows like debugging, evaluation, and observability.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and other designers to identify friction and design your way out of it. This onsite role is based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA, with an annual salary range of $145,000–$185,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products.
• Strong foundation in user-centered, interaction and visual design.
• Proven ability to solve dense technical data interaction problems.
• Data-driven, with experience conducting user research and applying findings to design.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions.
• Own the full design arc on features—from early concepts to shipped work.
• Work across a range of product areas as priorities shift.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to ship new features quickly.
