Job summary

C3 AI is seeking a Product Designer to help design C3 AI applications and support our design system. You'll work alongside other designers to understand customer issues, create innovative solutions, and deliver products that allow our customers to make fast and accurate business decisions.

You design with AI as a core input, use data to inform your decisions, and bring a strong sense of craft and attention to detail to every project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong grounding in design systems and UI/UX principles; experience with designing products and design systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and product leadership to refine concepts and evolve design language.
• Prototype designs with AI and present them to stakeholders.
• Document design concepts for broader adoption.
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Promote design insights and drive adoption of best practices across the org.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in design.
