Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates clear thinking, taste, and impact.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to solve real problems.
• Apply AI to workflows and product design processes.
• Mentor and support other designers, giving constructive feedback.
• Balance UI detail with system thinking and product strategy.
• Contribute to a design culture with thoughtful critiques and documentation.
