Job summary
Pencil is seeking a Product Designer for Brief mode to own the end-to-end experience from the first brief upload through AI analysis and final approval. You will design agentic AI interactions that blend human control with automated suggestions, shaping how teams create briefs for global brands and small agencies.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams, run user research, and use analytics to reduce friction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
- Hands-on with AI-powered product design and agentic interfaces.
- Strong interaction and systems thinking; multi-step flows and edge cases.
- Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping; comfortable with AI prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Brief mode experience from discovery to delivery.
- Prototype AI-assisted interactions and journeys; write build-ready handovers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams; run research and usability tests.
- Maintain Pencil’s design system with reusable patterns.
