Sprints Athletic Apparel is seeking a Product Designer for Accessories in Austin. You’ll own the lifecycle of styles across hats, bags, eyewear, socks, towels, and more—from concept and research through production.
You’ll drive design direction, develop tech packs, and coordinate with factories to ensure quality and timely delivery. This hands-on role requires fluency across soft goods, hardware, and fit-driven builds.
Sprints is a rapidly scaling athletic gear brand with a mission is to make funner gear for athletes. Ranging from headwear to apparel and accessories, Sprints has become known for its iconic patterns, bold colorways, and deep belief that performance and style are equally important for today's athlete.
As our Product Designer for Accessories, you'll own the full lifecycle of new styles across hats, bags, eyewear, socks, towels, and beyond, from concept and research through production. You'll bring the market and materials insight that shapes what we make, define the design direction for new styles, and build the tech packs and specs that bring your vision to life. Because no two categories are built the same way, you'll need to move fluidly between construction types, from fit-driven pieces to hardware and function-driven ones, and hold our factories to the standard our athletes expect. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over how our product comes to life across every category you touch.
You're energized by building, not maintaining. You want to roll up your sleeves and do the work, and you're excited by the chance to help architect what we make next. You don't wait to be told what to look at, you find the problems, flag them, and come with solutions. Ambition is welcomed here, and so is having fun while you do it.
