THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

• This role is based either in-office in Paris in our gorgeous new office in the 10th arrondissement, and/or remote in a timezone that is +2/-2h from CET.
• We're a team of 25 today, and we're all about Product, FinTech, and Open Source.
• Our Product is tech-driven, as we process and structure a lot of data, and build for a growing number of customers and developers, presenting numerous exciting design challenges!

Your role includes:

• A mixture of hands-on design work as well as influencing Product Strategy
• Communicating with engineers and business team members to implement product solutions.
• Contributing to the growth of the Design Team.
• Understanding customer needs and challenges.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A solid Product Designer with a portfolio of interesting and popular products (bonus if B2B or Fintech-specific products).
• Experience or desire to work across Product Management responsibilities and make a creative impact on design.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving goals and delivery schedules.
• Excellent understanding of end-user needs.
• A strong interest in co-creating a product in its early stages and shaping Lago's future.

About the interview

• 30-minute first call with Mike (Founding PM and Designer)
• 1-hour live case study of previous work
• 1-hour cultural interview with 2 engineers
• 45-minute final interview with Raffi (CPO)
