About The Role

As a Product Designer at Fireflies, you will take ownership of crafting end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact design solutions to life, ensuring interfaces are clean, functional, and user-first. This role demands creativity, autonomy, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end features, from early sketches to polished UIs
• Create thoughtful interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Maintain and evolve Fireflies’ design system for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
• Use data, research, and feedback to inform and improve design decisions
• Advocate for user-first thinking and reinforce design quality across the organization
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work
• Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Prototypes, Components, Design Organization)
• Strong skills in UI, interaction design, and copywriting
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives
• Experience building and applying design systems
• Passion for AI-native and fast-paced product environments
• Clear communicator and highly collaborative mindset
