About The Role

  • Design intuitive AI-native workflows that simplify complex financial operations for non-technical users, including accounting and accounts receivable teams.
  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and launch new features with minimal process and high ownership.

  • Leverage AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Claude, and other emerging tools as part of the daily design workflow.
  • Measure design success using analytics, funnels, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product design experience building and shipping complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working as the first or sole designer at an early-stage startup (preferably under 100 employees).

  • Own and define the complete product experience with no legacy design constraints.
  • Solve cutting‑edge AI‑native UX challenges involving autonomous agents, workflow automation, and intelligent enterprise software.
  • Work directly with founders, engineering, and customers, with a clear connection between your design decisions and measurable business impact.
  • Receive meaningful early‑stage equity while joining a well‑funded, high‑growth startup with proven momentum.
  • Join a remote‑first, low‑ego, fast‑executing team where ideas move quickly from concept to production.
  • Use the latest AI‑powered design workflows as a core part of your daily work and help shape the future of AI‑first enterprise software.
