About the role:
As the first design hire, you’ll shape the platform, internal tools, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business leaders. You will also establish the design function, strategy, process, and culture.

You will:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement features that impact user experience.
• Deliver design specifications and assets to engineering.
• Create wireframes, user stories, flows, prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency.
• Participate in stand-ups, brainstorming, demos, and reviews.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative culture.

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years in product design for a digital startup.
• Extensive experience in interaction and user-centered design.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
