Job summary

Ferry Health, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a founding Designer to shape our product experience. You will bridge AI agents with real-world care workflows, crafting interfaces that help patients and clinicians navigate complex insurance and scheduling processes.

You’ll own the end-to-end design from concept to polish, collaborate with a small, talented team, and help define the product roadmap as Ferry scales its AI-first platform in healthcare.

Ferry is fixing the way people navigate healthcare. What you’ll work on

• Bridging the gap between LLMs and the real world to get our patients access to the care they need. Our AI agents are calling doctors' offices across the country to ask questions and book appointments. Anything that can go wrong does go wrong, and we need to predict and deal with every edge case.

• Building out user experiences that prioritize outcomes over usage. We handle the hard work of care coordination behind the scenes, so our users can spend less time in our app and more time getting the care they need.
