In this role, you will

Design end‑to‑end experiences for building, managing, and improving AI agents
Translate complex systems into intuitive interfaces across chat, voice, and UI surfaces
Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs to ship quickly and iterate oftenWork directly with users to understand real workflows and pain points
Define and evolve design systems that support AI-native interactions
Use Figma and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to prototype, explore, and even ship parts of the product
