You'll work alongside other designers to understand customer issues, create innovative solutions, and deliver products that allow customers to make fast and accurate business decisions. You design with AI as a core input, use data to inform your decisions, and bring a strong sense of craft and attention to detail to every project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles; prior experience designing products and design systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience; proven experience with pixel-perfect execution of designs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally as part of a cross-functional team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility best practices preferred.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
