Responsibilities include leading design from concept to execution, developing a cohesive design system, and running user research to ensure compelling user journeys across platforms. A strong portfolio and startup experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
