Job summary

Underdog.io is seeking a Sr UI/UX Designer to shape user experiences for a growing startup partner in New York City. You will lead end-to-end design from concepts to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, visually engaging product experiences.

You’ll craft wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, conduct user research, and contribute to a design system that ensures consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong design portfolio
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities
