Job summary

telli offers a founding Product Designer role to own the full design process for an AI-first B2B SaaS product. You’ll partner with customers, shape core UX decisions, and deliver high-quality features with engineers, setting the foundation for growth as the first full-time designer.

You will balance ambitious AI-driven workflows with approachable, non-technical user experiences and collaborate closely with engineers to ship value quickly, while maintaining user-centric design across the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design teams.
• Has worked with software engineers in a collaborative way and has a basic understanding of technical topics.
• Portfolio on CV.
• Pragmatic; technically capable of understanding trade-offs and accepting imperfect implementations.
• Has done customer interviews before or developed a product based on customer feedback.
• Has developed products with direct business impact.
• Touchpoints with AI/LLMs and a desire to build software in an AI-native way.
• Proficient using tools like Lovable, V0, Figma Make.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Ideally experience designing UX/UI for software, especially at early-stage startups building B2B SaaS.
• Willing to work in-person in Berlin.
