Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Product Designer focused on medical device and combination product design, blending digital and physical user-centered solutions.

You will partner with a lead designer, conduct user research, create journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and illustrations, and collaborate across engineering, regulatory, and quality teams.

Hybrid in Lexington, MA, full-time with up to 10% travel; you will contribute to compliant packaging, instructional materials, and intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications

• Master's (3+ years) or Bachelor's (5+ years) in UI/UX, industrial/creative design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, 3D CAD tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulatory standards and human factors principles.
