  • Purpose** : The Product Designer will primarily focus on a new self-service portal, with the goal of creating intuitive and efficient experiences that support our customers. In addition to this core project, you’ll also contribute to improving internal systems, including CRM, ERP, and medical billing systems. This role is critical in making internal workflows more intuitive, efficient, and scalable. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and internal stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant functional experiences and help evolve our internal design systems to support enterprise-scale solutions.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing with internal teams to guide improvements and enhancements.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and system improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve a scalable internal design system to ensure consistency across internal platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to accessibility standards.

Qualifications

**Education & Experience **

  • Portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing internal systems and enterprise tools.
  • Proficient in Figma or similar design tools; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1+); experience designing inclusive interfaces preferred.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail; self-starter who takes ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.

Additional Information

**Work Environment & Physical Demands **

The Product Designer works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation is required.

**Travel**

This is a fully remote role within the U.S., with occasional travel (1–2 times/year) to company events or user testing sessions (4–6 times/year, preferred).

**Lingraphica and Pay Transparency**

At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary for this position is $77,000 to $82,000 per year.
