• Advanced, efficient use of the tools needed to visualize ideas and deliver design work.
• Comfort in iterative design and in group critiques.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives.

• Join design critiques and contribute to user research and testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Represent user needs while aligning design outcomes with business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to design system discussions and apply shared patterns to maintain consistency and quality across work.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools that support the broader design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skill and breadth, with the ability to clearly discuss and present your work.
• Ability to communicate design concepts through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations.
• Advanced, efficient use of the tools needed to visualize ideas and deliver design work.
• Comfort working in an iterative design process and motivation to participate in group critique.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large groups and executives.
• BA and/or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio evidence of strong design execution, clear thinking, and user-centered problem-solving.
• Experience designing web-based tools or software for professionals or organizations.
• Familiarity working with established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to new information and shifting priorities.
• Interest in exploring new approaches, learning from experimentation, and applying feedback and data.

Compensation & Location

Location: Culver City, CA (onsite).
Salary: USD 175,000 - 308,500 per year.
