Job summary

Apple Inc. in Culver City is seeking a Product Designer for the Ads & Business design team who will craft intuitive web and mobile experiences that help businesses grow within the Apple ecosystem.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and other designers, participate in design critiques and user research, and advocate for user needs while balancing business goals. A 5+ year track record and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer.
• You have a solid portfolio and breadth of work that demonstrates your skill and you can confidently speak to your work.
• You clearly communicate concepts and designs through prototypes, sketches, high-fidelity comps, and presentations.
• You are highly skilled and fast in the tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work.
• You thrive in an iterative design process and are motivated by group critique.
• You excel in written and verbal communication and can present your work effectively to large groups and executives.
• BA and/or equivalent experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
• Comfort working on multiple projects at once, and adapting to new information and priorities.
• Interest in exploring new approaches and learning from experimentation, data, and feedback.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $308,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
