Job summary

NextBillion.ai seeks an AI-Native Product Designer to craft AI-powered experiences and move quickly from idea to prototype using AI tools. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, AI/ML teams, and cross-functional partners, basing decisions on qualitative and quantitative data.

You’ll identify opportunities, design AI-powered workflows, prototype with real model outputs, and work with engineering to deliver the product roadmap while staying current on AI capabilities and design trends.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product design, in fast growth Internet companies
• Knowledge of the end to end product design process
• Proficiency in tools like Figma.
• The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful, useful, and usable experiences; you have strengths in visual design, interaction, and product design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Has a systematic approach to solving complex design challenges while articulating the solutions in the simplest way
