Your Opportunity with Us :

We are seeking a Product Designer to serve in UX Design and Analyst capacities, leading our small Product Design team in enhancing our proprietary internal and client-facing applications based on stakeholder requests. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality software aligned with user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end design and be comfortable with all aspects of product development.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the design of new features across desktop, web, and mobile applications, considering overall functionality and goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Create presentations, wireframes, and prototypes, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in user testing and analyze data to validate design decisions.
  • Document processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference.
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes into technical specifications.
  • Mentor a team of designers, supporting their professional growth and skills development.
  • Provide constructive feedback on designs and specifications, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Refine the existing design language by identifying UX best practices, creating style guides, and maintaining a library of assets.

**Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proactive and curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Axure.
  • Proficiency in SQL / SSMS with understanding of database structures.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience with version control and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Asana.

**Education & Experience :

  • Minimum 6 years in a product role, participating in the design and development of applications or major features.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
