The Walt Disney Company is seeking an imaginative Design Intern for Disney Consumer Products in Glendale, CA. You will assist on licensed toy projects with the Princess, Frozen, and WDAS teams, gaining exposure to the full product development process from concept to production.
This six-month, full-time, in-person internship runs January 11, 2027 through June 4, 2027. A strong portfolio is required; enrollment in a relevant design program and housing/transport arrangements in the Glendale area

In this role you will work with the Princess, Frozen, and Walt Disney Animation Studios (WDAS) toy design team to assist on specific licensed toy projects. Exciting daily tasks include identifying toy and fashion trends, brainstorming new concepts, developing inspiration boards, and sketching toy ideas. You will work with the design team to give guidance on product design to Disney licensees and work on 3 specific projects over the course of the internship, as well as being exposed to the daily responsibilities of the Disney Consumer Products Design team.
This is a rare opportunity to learn about the product development process from concept through production, working with internal staff and licensees. You will be responsible for working with the Design Manager and design teams to extend existing business and generate concepts for new business.
This internship is a full-time, in-person, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from January 11th, 2027 through June 4th 2027.

The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $23.00 per hour.
