Job Summary

The design team for two of our most loved brands, Travel + Leisure and Parents, is looking for a Product Design Lead to help define site experiences and features that help us achieve our business goals across our portfolio of sites. In this role, you will create beautiful, elegant design solutions that also vividly express our brand promise. You will be a champion for our users while collaborating with our editorial teams to tell stories that delight, engage, and build loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding user needs and translating them into design solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain visual language and brand identities.
• Documenting design guidelines and working with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Promoting design thinking and best practices across the organization.

Work Environment

Hybrid in NYC, working in-office 3x a week with remote options for up to 2 days.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of UX design experience.
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
