Job summary

Epsilon’s Product Design Intern role offers hands-on experience shaping digital experiences for data and marketing solutions. You will work with UI designers, UX designers, and researchers to review work and identify improvements.

This hybrid internship requires 2 days in the office weekly and emphasizes learning through design documentation and prototypes. You’ll participate in an 11-week summer program with professional development, network across the business, and potential for full-time

Qualifications

• Must have an outstanding portfolio to showcase previous projects.
• Passion for design with the attention to detail to prove it.
• The skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• The ability to be detail oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with other design software such as Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Zeplin, Abstract, and OmniGraffle

Overview

Epsilon is seeking a Product Design Intern to join a team that is focused on creating useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences for our industry leading Marketing and Data solutions.

As a Product Design Intern you will work cross functionally amongst UI Designers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers. As a Product Design Intern you will engage in individual, one-on-one, and team reviews of design work to iteratively identify and act upon opportunities for improvement and refinement.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office

Responsibilities

What You’ll Achieve

• Impact: You’ll engage with users to better understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, ultimately informing the implementation of sound information and interaction patterns that help users manage and complete their tasks with simplicity, efficiency, and delight.
• Career Growth: You will learn to translate complex business requirements into coherent and usable experiences via the creation of design documentation (including user flow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, visual design mockups, and / or prototypes).

Epsilon's Internship Program

As an intern you’ll participate in a formal Intern Program, which is an 11-week summer program that aims to create a meaningful early career experience for university students. The program offers professional development & hands-on training, networking opportunities with people throughout the business including multiple projects & social events, and the consideration for full-time employment.

• Experience working with Sketch or Axure is a plus

Compensation Range: USD $36.00 - USD $36.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
