Job summary

You’ll work on building polished, responsive React interfaces, translating complex requirements into intuitive experiences, and partnering with customers to shape features. In-person work is required in San Francisco, with a strong startup mindset encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience shipping high quality product experiences.
• Strong startup mindset with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, and CSS, turning design ideas into polished experiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous design requirements into thoughtful UX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design craft: Own the visual quality of Conversion's product, from typography and spacing to interactions, animations, and the small details that make an interface feel exceptional
• Experience ownership: Translate the complexity of a marketing platform into intuitive, elegant experiences which make powerful features feel simple
• Design to code: Own the entire process from exploring design concepts and prototyping interactions to shipping polished, production-ready React interfaces
