Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Product Design, to lead the design discipline within our Digital Product & Engineering organization. You will own the user experience and design of our digital products, focusing on prioritized domains and ensuring on-brand, intuitive interfaces while guiding a high-performing design team.

Reporting to the VP, you will establish design principles and a shared design system, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, and drive user research,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or experience design with 4–5 years leading and managing design teams.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design of complex digital products, ideally enterprise or B2B software and data-rich or analytics products.
• Proven experience building or scaling a design function.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating and governing design systems and component libraries.
• Strong user research and usability practice within product processes.
• Fluency with modern design tools and collaboration with engineering on implementation.
• Extensive experience in a global, matrixed organization with multi-market products.
• Experience in marketing, commercial, or revenue growth contexts.
• Experience standing up design operations and pooled/shared-services design models.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and branding of digital products and establish design principles and quality standards.
• Build and lead the Product Design organization with talent development and performance expectations.
• Own the design system and ensure cross-product consistency with engineering collaboration.
• Lead user research and discovery to ground decisions in evidence.
• Allocate design resources across the portfolio to balance priority work and support.
• Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to shape product direction and ensure alignment.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, usable experiences that drive adoption.
• Elevate craft through design critiques and evolving artifacts from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
