You will serve as the regional service authority for a product area, bridging customer needs with engineering capabilities and developing scalable technical-product specifications addressing complex business issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and translate requirements into scalable product strategies.
• Lead technical consultations and diagnostic sessions to uncover opportunities for custom solutions.
• Provide expert technical recommendations on system architecture, integration strategies, and best practices to internal and external teams.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear system architectures and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to develop better solutions and tools.
