This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new products through tastings, sampling, or demonstrations. Customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, brand ambassador, or advocate experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers to communicate key product points.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements during sample preparation.
• Working with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday); holidays and weekdays are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet.
• Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
• No high school or college degree required; training provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
