The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of the products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, intercepting consumers and demonstrating products in a professional manner, and maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in using and navigating personal computer or mobile device and applications and internal systems.
Local Food handler permit may be required.
Regular requirements include standing and walking during the shift; using hands and fingers to handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms up to 65 inches; talking and hearing; visual ability to read instructions and perform events; stooping; kneeling; squatting; climbing or stepping up a ladder; balancing; lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); pushing and pulling a wheeled demonstration cart; preparing foods and beverages using required appliances; contact with cleaning supplies.
